नासनं सिद्धसदृशं न कुम्भसदृशं बलम्। न खेचरीसमा मुद्रा न नादसदृशो लयः।। सिद्धासन के समान कोई आसन नहीं , कुम्भक के समान कोई बल नहीं , खेचरी के समान कोई मुद्रा नहीं और नाद के समान कोई लय नहीं ।
If you want to attain the Truth, do your sadhana. Meditate regularly. Cherish the inner flame. Make it grow…When the Kundalini awakens, the fire of knowledge arises within. With the fire of knowledge, you attain the abode of the Truth.

Dinesh Narayan lived for Ten years 1994-2004 in the Himalayas, studied and practiced meditation and yoga under the great enlightened master of Tibet and India. He was a Taantrik and has completed the traditional Sabar , Aghor , Tibetan meditation and training at Different teacher's monastery cloister.
