नासनं सिद्धसदृशं न कुम्भसदृशं बलम्। न खेचरीसमा मुद्रा न नादसदृशो लयः।। सिद्धासन के समान कोई आसन नहीं , कुम्भक के समान कोई बल नहीं , खेचरी के समान कोई मुद्रा नहीं और नाद के समान कोई लय नहीं ।
The most important moment in your life is the present time. This is the time to look within and experience God. There is no other. You cannot wait for a better place, another better time, another better person to be with to experience God. This is the very moment.

Dinesh Narayan lived for Ten years 1994-2004 in the Himalayas, studied and practiced meditation and yoga under the great enlightened master of Tibet and India. He was a Taantrik and has completed the traditional Sabar , Aghor , Tibetan meditation and training at Different teacher's monastery cloister.
